If everyone is fine with his character being a 13 year old bisexual samurai girl, then there's nothing wrong with it. The only real rule is "if everyone is having fun with it, then it's 100% fine".

If you're not the GM, that's not your call. If you are the GM, the fact that you're posting with that image and feel the need to call this out says you probably don't want it in your game, so you ought to work that out with him like an adult instead of bitching to /tg/. Also depends on edition. 4E would make that character pretty viable...

So does anyone give a shit about this game? or is it just another generic(tm) brand sci fi with its only claim to fame being that it has an old 40k writer making the rules?
This is the first I've heard of it. Art direction looks more up my alley than 40k, that's for sure. Still a little on the busy side though, especially those...I can't even tell what the guys on the right are supposed to be, actually.

That is pretty much it. The command dice rules are cool, but nothing helps it stand out. Infinity is at least visually distinct, and Warpath has reasonably priced made in the UK hard plastic for everything. I feel like Rick Priestly should put more attention to the presentation.

A major favorite of Dawn of War and /tg/. I feel that Sindri Myr deserves a return. Though it is implied that the Daemon of the Maledictum consumed him as a 'sacrifice'; the Daemon of the Maledictum was destroyed along side Kyras in Retribution and i see a chance to bring Sindri back as his soul could be released allowing to come back similar to Eliphas but since the Blood Ravens defeated him, Sindri would be consumed by revenge to destroy the Blood Ravens for Dawn of War 3.
I also feel that considering the link between Lord Bale and Sindri Myr, this is a opportunity...

Well, assuming you swallow them whole and they are not particularly large or overly decorated, even the whole set might be able to pass through your system harmlessly.

Can someone explain to me the thought process behind infect? Not only does it wear down creatures to kill them, weakening AND killing them, rather than only killing if they're stronger, but it also only needs to do 10 damage to kill a player.
How is infect a balanced mechanic?

The short answer is, it's really not, but the long answer is that it's not printed on any particularly powerful creatures, at least as far as constructed play goes. Phyrexian Crusader and Phyrexian Juggernaut rekt my shit in casual play, but Glistener Elf, Blighted Agent, and Inkmoth Nexus are the only dudes that see play in Tier 1 infect (All of which are 1/1s)
Tl;dr you aren't seeing a Tarmogoyf with infect for a reason

Lack of synergy with non infect creatures. You either need your infect creature to be able to kill someone by itself (Inkmoth Nexus or Glistener Elf) or you need to go all in with it. Since there's a limited card pool of infect, you only have a handful of good infect creatures to work with as well.
