Moe gives a soft grunt, carrying a box of tools. Casual scan of the camels' minds, shows they're helping Bulma and her dad work on the ship. Well, that's nice of them. Chiaotzu and Yamcha are nearby, but you get this sense that they're having a private conversation, for now, at least.

I honestly don't see why not. These are not space marines. I can totally see an Eternal taking off its helmet and seeing an actually QT face underneath, but carrying the grim expression and resolve of one convicted to eternally fight chaos. Their armor doesn't need to reflect that they are female.
I've always seen the SCE armour as a representation of sigmar himself, and not the individual wearing it.
