What sort of ramifications would this have on a D&D setting?
Not much. I mean, its not like most D&D settings did a good job of factoring the existence of the ability to detect alignments or resurrect the dead before.
How can outsiders have an impulse to do something when they don't know what it is and have no inherent sense of it? What if some diplomancer convinced all the demons that the color they thought was evil was actually good and the color they thought was good was actually evil?

The impulse is literally something like, for a trumpet archon, "I must do law and good."
If the trumpet archon makes a sincere effort to try to "do law and good," then the itch is scratched. However, they have no way of knowing whether their action was truly lawful and/or good.
An outsider's first days (or even weeks, months, or years) are awkward, to say the least, but they spend most of that time in the Outer Planes amongst other outsiders of their kind.

Go with 5e and start with the starter set rules and adventure. There's plenty of DM advice in there and your players won't be overwhelmed.

Yes I have but only for 3 sessions as the guy running found the amount of knack/fate/fudge descriptor things that give you bonuses overwhelming.
I enjoyed what he ran, I particularly love the collaborative building of the sector of space at the start, I thought that was probably one of the most wonderful things I've ever seen in terms of the whole group creating the game world, A+.
I personally enjoy the Fate/Fudge mechanics but nobody else in my group does so I never get to play it or any other fate stuff which is a shame.

Cassandra - red skirt and GREEN corset or red skirt and deep PURPLE courset?
I'm limiting my palette, because I don't like how random-selection many of the showgirl crews I've seen online look, but I'm just not sure which way to go on this one.
I think maybe a dark green might look better, but I'm also working with a pretty shit selection of colours, with GW Goblin Green as my only base green.
The purple would probably be roughly the shade of pic related, but the red much, much brighter. And the colours swapped round.

red and purple famously don't look good together. but red and green are complementary colors. That's just super basic color theory, and there's exceptions to every rule, but if you're working with a limited pallet, it's generally best to go with what works

I'm trying to convert a docx file from Word 2010 to PDF using the homebrew shit from the trove.
The thing is, when I convert it all the formatting gets messed up; page breaks get in weird places, etc.
I read a thing that said to set margins to 0" and change paper size to A4 across the whole document, then let it fix margins. But that didn't help at all, the formatting still looks completely different in the PDF than the original file.

what I meant by tribe was race, sorry I got confuzzled.
the point I was trying to make was that it's hard to use a demon theme in a scrubby kitchen-table tier deck, much less outside that unless you can pop 5 black mana on turn three consistently. even if you can get the ridiculous mana it'd need, they're abilities are often lackluster for the cost.
I love the cards and I collect them for the dank art. especially innistrad and theros demons.
