Gentlemen Bastards has been wildly entertaining as well, and I'm only anout halfway through book 2.

There's always the Dresden Files for modern fantasy fun times too. Jim Butcher also wrote some new book about sky pirates or somesuch. Looks interesting.

I'm looking to read a good, sort of generic fantasy series. Read A Song of Ice and Fire so far, and read most of the good DragonLance books.
Also has anyone here read The Silmarillion? I thought The Hobbit was okay, but not sure if I should start this one.

As for the guy who pointed out that like 20% of the options are about intimidation you're right. Occurred to me when I was writing it. Lot about getting money as well. Unfortunate cost of doing a Breaking Bad jump I'm afraid, couldn't think of anything better and still relevant so just made them all slightly mechanically different.

Casual MTG is literally the most despicable way to enjoy the hobby. You are taking the fundamentals of what makes MtG good, and turning it into garbage. Casual players have no commitment to the game (i.e. spending money, attending tournaments) and in my opinion have no right to be playing Magic in the first place. If you are not willing to spend monthly money and take place in the metagame, then you are not part of the Magic the Gathering community and we have no obligation to be accepting of you and your unfair playing habits.
