Personally I love the High Elves from Warhammer Fantasy the best. Everything from their aesthetic, their architecture to their personality to their history (Aenarion was such a badass).
More elven badassery with a Swordmaster of Hoeth.

They slice through the battlefield like the wind and lay waste to the enemies of Ulthuan.

I love this guy, especially how simple and functional his gear is compared to modern fantasy art warriors. This guy doesn't put a lot of stupid pointy bits all over his armor for fashion, he needs armor that works and won't get hung up on things and get him killed.

“Right?” Her blonde hair flutters through the air as she flops down next to you. “Lilly and I already planned your party!”
Akira, the last time you ‘planned a party’ you wound up in a deathmatch with Yetis inside an ancient Babylonian sacrificial temple. You know better than to actually say that, however, and instead just yawn and stretch out. Akira watches with a smirk.
“Oh, come on. You’re picking up bad habits from Lilly… You should be excited after your victory yesterday…” Right… you eliminated Emi and Rin with Akira’s help.
Recalling it is… a complex feeling.
Akira tilts her head as if to gauge your reaction, then sighs fondly. “You know… You looked so beautiful back then… covered in blood…”
Then she cranes her head down and bites your neck.
Not a playful or gentle bite either – she literally bites down hard enough to draw blood, which she laps up. Your breath catches. A bolt shoots down your spine. You snap harshly back into full wakefulness with a sensation akin to being fed on by a vampire.

I was thinking about doing an africa/dinosaur thing. I tried wording it in a way that sounded less-racist but now it doesn't explain what I want it to.
I chose snow/winter theme on a whim, because the particular opening picture was cool.
I need to maybe find male snow dwellers who are not just barbarian-looking-viking-people.
I wonder what made him take off his clothes.
Maybe so he wouldn't get blood on them.
Maybe because real men don't wear shirts.
We'll never know.
If theres a practical reason beyond "it looks cool" I'd like to know - because it looks cold there.
