How would the Citadel Council react to finding out about the Imperium of Man.
Lets assume that some of their agents found a minor Imperial world or a abandon trade vessel with a small archive. Also that they don't know about the other 40k factions, the Systems alliance doesn't exist, and the ][ isn't aware of the Citadel races.

if you want my honest opnion then it sounds pretty generic
they also sound pretty boring to deal with in any tabletop RPG or strategy game setting if you condense them to what really matters

SOI draft. I've done really well recently. Gotten 1st place 3 times in the last 5 drafts and second place once. R/G and R/W are pretty damn strong.
Saltiest I've seen was when I got mana screwed and my opponent was playing B/W with westvale abby and sorin as his wincons. He got 5 creatures on the board before I had 2 lands. He had me beat in every way possible, but he decided to sac all his stuff for ormendahl. I topdeck my third land and angelic purge his demon. He's at like 28 life and i'm at 3 and I end up winning. Guy bought an Eternal Masters Booster Box and got only 2 mythics, not pricey enough to recuperate his loss. He was salty the whole time, especially when someone else drew two mana crypts, JtMS, a foil FoW and a foil Karakas.

Had a DM that just wanted to throw a game together, but I was the only player available, so the DM said, make whatever you want, go nuts. There's nothing wrong with playing a set, cute or attractive character in itself.
The problem is that when you go out of your way to emphasize or highlight those traits, it creates the impression that you intended their appearance to be the primary feature. This, in turn, implies a shallow motivation.
Basically there's nothing wrong with doing it, but shitty players do it so often that the idea is tainted by association. You just need to be careful about your first impressions both with the...

By whose standards? Like, being attractive to NPCs in setting might require plumping up, shaving your hairline back, getting yourself some lead poisoning, wearing false teeth made of dumb shit, and so on.

Assuming there's padding between the armor and your body; particularly at the point of entry, would a suit of metal armor dampen the effects of electricity, or make it worse?
I think it could Depend if the electrical charge in question can overcome the resistance of the gambeson-type garment.
Also, electricity damages the body at the exit point; not the entry.
Electricity seems to take the path of least resistance, so there's a good chance it'd just run down the outside of his armour and earth itself harmlessly.
You could probably do with answers from someone with a less vague idea of how electrical currents work.
