What do you guys think of tyler's 2 latest songs?
They go pretty hard imo, I liked them so much i put them on my phone. They kind of resemble his older, harder stuff, like yonkers, and bastard, just purposefully trying to be as gritty as possible, I think it's pretty cool he still kind of caters to this kind audience. Like how buffalo and the brown stains do on cherry bomb, while still giving him the freedom to make the tracks he enjoys, such as okaga ca, and fucking young.

what does everybody else think of this album? i know it's highly accepted here on /mu/, but I want specifics on what people enjoy about it and anything else similar that I'll probably like if I enjoyed this
One of the more fun and enjoyable albums I've listened to. A few more filler tracks here and there but overall really enjoy it.
8/10. It was a really enjoyable experience, fun album overall.

it's decent fun but it's not the ten ten people say. when you grow into patricianhood you realize it's just a disco throwback with a few good hooks and those hooks are just cut and pasted vocal samples. It is a far cry from the best plunderphonics album.

Has this been happening to anyone lately? A genre or artist you didn't think much of but like overnight you're suddenly loving it?
I've been loving Frank Zappa at the moment, listened to a large handful of his discography and all i want to do is just listen to more.
That being said I did go through a Jazz"phase" a few weeks ago where I was listening to jazz pretty much none stop.
I think having these random phases of music that only last a few weeks are good for you.
