At first blush, there doesn't seem to be quite the artisan quality in rain compared to snow. Pegasi can just round up some rainclouds most times, while Cloudsdale ponies do exacting work on individual snowflakes. But then, there is the lightning. How do they decide when to add them? Sparingly, one might hope, but they're used all the same. Wildfire purposes? Forests can be healthy with some of those.
