Generally, PMCs are started by ex-sf guys who get a bunch of also ex-sf friends and look for work. Thats how EO and Blackwater started. If this isn't you, you probably lack the connections to make it work.

Step 2: get them licensed for armed security/ VIP protection, etc.
Step 3: advertise
Step 4: start getting gigs and slowly build your business and reputation.
Step 5: keep this up and you'll eventually get there.
You'll have to start small most likely and work your way up to "We're a PMC company". Most of these companies are started by ex military, but it is a business so nothing says you can't start one, but you will need to get these individuals hired on.

1. CZs are made by slavs. They will have tooling marks all over the inside of the frame (doesn't affect function). The CZ finish is shittier. Besides that, no real difference.
2. In the US, Sig Sauer absolutely. Worldwide who knows, CZ clones are pretty popular. This doesn't matter though.
3. Sig probably wins here.
4. Sigs have better triggers, especially with that delicious SRT. Ergonomics are subjective. Lots of people really like both handguns in that category but the only answer I can give is that you have to try them yourself to find out what you like better.

I think the ATF needs to be dissolved and Firearm and Alcohol need to be regulated on an individual state level. Why is Tobacco even there? I guess they couldn't just have AF but still should have had something else like Alcohol Explosives and Firearms.

The Polish army adopted them in small numbers. In the future, they will decide if they're interested to expend it's use.
The US army tested it not that long ago, but I don't know what their conclusions where, and if they have them already.

No, but large armies are usually less pragmatic when it comes to adopting a new method, especially relatively new ones (the mitznefet saw it's first appearance as an improvisation by a rookie in camo class only in mid 90's).
The Israeli Defense Force also has a tenancy to do it's own things in it's own way (the "wild card of conventional warfare" if you wish), with people showing interest only in the tech and weaponry.

Yes. It's basically mini headpiece of a ghillie suit- given to every soldier.
It has secondary functions, such as alteration of the thermal signature of the head, sunstroke protection (US soldiers suffer from in immensely in Iraq, so I heard by reliable members of the board)etc, but the main 2 things that it does are:
1) Concealment: when standing in a crowd, your brain will automatically detect when someone is looking directly into your eyes- it's an evolutionary thing. Same thing your mind does to detect human heads. What the mitznefet does, is to change the shape of the head, and in such way to cancel out the enemy's ability to detect without even thinking, and forces him to look for you in "manual mode"- which makes so much harder, it uses more of his brain's "CPU".
Of coerce, it doesn't help much if you don't use proper concealment and hide yourself with proper technics, but it will help immensely when prone and facing the enemy.
