It all depends on the stock. It comes with a folding stock and it still falls under the fire-able 26"OAL requirements.
If you pin the folder open, put a fixed or collapsible non-folding stock on I'm estimating you could easily put a 10" barrel on and keep the 26" OAL
I see alot of discussion and praise of Glocks, M1911's, SIG P226, CZ 75B, but almost no mentioning of the Beretta 92
