Is the US army naturally coup proof because the army is so fucking large and complicated - or was it designed to be coup proof?
And by coup I mean the Army turns on Congress/President.
>>29993476
The US is coup proof because its professional soldier class doesn't want to run a fucking country full of butthurt insurgents.
US is coup proof because their military is run by castrated cucks
The consquence of such leadership is an incompetent military & losing every war
>>29993476
I've heard something about the leaders of each MAJCOM not being allowed to all be in the same room at once as a coup preventative measure.

Ret. General Mattis overthrowing Obama and pledging a return to Constitutional law would probably have next to no insurgent resistance from the usual suspects.
Hey guys, I have plans to build a 9mm SBR.
>4.5" barrel
>tri lug adapter for my can
>5" keymod rail
>troy HK flip sights
>magpul SL-K stock
>BCM mod 3 grip
>Gibbz arms side charging upper
So I'm looking at PSA offerings for 9mm lowers. I want to go with a Colt mag lower because that straight stick mag is extremely aesthetic....

Fuck that looks neato. Ive been wanting to build one but cant decide on glock or colt mags. Colt mags look better but glock mags are more practical.
>>29993487
That's exactly my conundrum. I don't have a 9mm Glock so honestly it's not a con for me, but the Glock lowers are more available and cheaper, at least on PSA. I'm going to get a stripped one, Glock or Colt, SBR it, then build it piece by piece over the 4-5 months that the stamp will take.
This build will run about $1300, depending on where I cheap out and where I splurge
>>29993746
>>29993487
glock.
ive been looking at them too.....
you will never experiance a shortage of glock mags.
hell magpul even makes 17rd glock mags, they are like 15$ at my lgs.
Lets say you are in a trench. Exposure to the surface will result in being mowed down by sniper fire.
You must choose somthing that can be kept in close quarters, bear the elements, repel attacks, and requires little maintenance for no man's land chargers.
I would probably choose a revolver, to be classy when I commit suduko in the dugout
A tank
Terminator armor

Glock brand Glock 19
Remind me again why the .300 Win Mag isn't the standard sniper round
It won't fit in an M14.
Everyone has 7.62 real fucking NATO and .50 BMG lying around.
Logistics, brah.

Yeah but think about what a 180 grain bonded jacketed soft point at 2700fps would do to a skull.
ITT: Camo in action.
I saved a bunch from a thread yesterday and will now commence dump.
Please include camo pattern in file name or comment, unless you don't know it.

Addendum: in the case of this thread, "a bunch" shall be classified as "seven"
>>29992977
Can you guess what's different between my pics and the first two?
Good evening /k/, in your opinion what is the best camo for the Ozarks?
>>29992927
ATACS FG
>>29992927
Multicam.
>>29992989
>>29993160
These.
One's a little darker, one's a little lighter, but these patterns kick ass.
hey /k/ first time posting, im fairly confident this is the right place for this. pic related, its my thing.
>>29992889
What is that, exactly?
>>29992915
Looks like an aluminium baseball bat.
its a baseball bat, its a cannon, its a baseball bat cannon or bbc for short.
That's this part of the turret called?

Happened upon a snake in my basement. Not sure what kind it is - not much of a fan of them to be honest.
I have a 22 pistol. What are the dangers of me loading 22 snake shot ammo and killing the fucker. I have an all concrete and stone basement. Would there be recoil?
Not worried about neighbors hearing the shot - I live out in the boonies.
pic related
>would there be recoil
Well, no, because it's a .22. They have very little recoil
I know what you MEANT to say though...
>would there be ricochet?
Yes. Quite a lot. It'd be like if you shot a shotgun in a room with the same build. Tiny little steel bb's flying at ballistic speeds in multiple different directions... There will be ricochet.
No recoil on ratshot. some of the pellets may bounce back. Why not just whack it with a shovel?
>>29992651
>>recoil
Yeah, reading that I feel stupid now. Ricochet is what I meant.
Guess the only solution is to burn the house down, right?
Are halftracks still relevant in the modern battlefield (perhaps as an IFV, APC, or just general transport)?
>>29992544
Um, anon that's not a halftrack?
>>29992544
Don't think so, turning radius on them yokes must pretty bad compared to a bradley or something like it
>>29992544
Wrong pic
>goatee or equally shitty facial hair
>wearing either a carhartt shirt or equally unflattering "participation" shirt
>at least overweight, if not obese
>wears ugly hat and sunglasses indoors
>cares more about guns than literally anything else in the world, including their own life
>yet doesn't know shit about guns
>has odd logic that is easily...

Alright /k/ would you bang the robot?

Not me then. I'm a filthy yellow-bellied bucktooth slant-eyed dog-eating gook rat bastard.
Any of you fuckers build your own 1911s?
>Looking for a quick and skinny on how the fitting and such works.
>can I 9mm an 80% lower?
>can govt mags fit in commander
>who's kit buy for internals?
>how cheap is too cheap?

Jesus are people really this anal about ammo?
I literally take noguns friends shooting like once and let them have like a box or two for free.
So that they don't get bogged down by trying to count dollars in their head. I want to encourage them to go shooting too, and I don't normally go that often, like maybe once a month to BLM land. So I make it more of an event.
Always take ur revolver out if a nogun friend wants to shoot
>>29992569
same here. But I live in california and feel like I'm doing gods work. Everyone gets one free day and if, I like you, maybe two. After that you can get your own damn guns. But I never make anyone buy ammo.
What's the most reliable, lightweight bullpup? Preferably .308
>bullpup

54r bull pup?
So I recently watched Captain America: Civil War and it got me thinking. Personally I side with Stark because I think Captain America is a self righteous cunt.
But theoretically if there was ateam of superhumans or technology like the Iron Man suit should people with these things be accountable and have to report to a Governing body like NATO or the UN or should these "human weapons" be allowed effective free reign?
>>29992121
Free reign, responsible for their own actions though.
>>29992190
But what would held accountable mean? Like what happened throw them in superjail?
>>29992203
The govt. would have a super human hunting team as a branch of the FBI or something to arrest those who commit crimes. Then jail/internment specialized to deal with them.
It's just an arms race similar to how the FBI originated.
