cartridge length. Take a look at 5.7, which is pushing the limits of how long a mag well can be and still fit in the hand. 40mm overall length. .32 ACP and .380 ACP are both 25mm overall length. You'd have to make a custom extra short cartridge to avoid making the grip fuckheug
I want to purchase a silencer and SBR a lower before Obongo's new rules go into effect on July 13. Is there any reason I shouldn't just buy the Silencerco easy trust for $120 and get it over with? Hey /k/, I need your help: I got me an M-1945 combat pack in nice condition.
But the Problem ist: Shit reeks like dozens of years in military storage (you know that smell)
I dont wanna throw such old cloth into the washer since I guess neither the metal parts of the pack will be good for the washer nor will modern detergent be the right choice for a 70 years old piece of equipment (I'm also a little afraid that this would kill the rubberized interior flap)
So the question is: What can I do to remove this intense storage smell?

i will start my military career next monday, though i have no idea what it will be like or whether it was a good idea because i have family. I join the german bundeswehr as officer or officer contender. I never served in any way so i am not familiar with military structures nor do i know what it will be like to be a soldier. One of the main reason i joined is that i can be a provider for my familiy currently i am studying and would also study at some point at the Bundeswehr.
Do i fucked up?
What ist the best branche of military service?
Will i end as divorced cuck?
I would cosider myself as pretty intelligent and i am very interested in politics so i try to analyze and reflect what is going on, hence i am not quite ok all the time with being an extendend arm american foreign policy nor NATO anto russian propaganda.

Bundeswehr is ez pz, but since you'll be going in as an officer (which is fucking stupid due to your lack of fucking experience), you'll most likely be called out on this and either reprimanded due to your inevitable fuck ups and sent to a lower rank, possibly even be forced to go through germany's equiv of basic, or put on desk jockey duty. Good thing is they'll probably go the latter route, and put you through some training beforehand.

Anything specific you can tell us about this officer position? That can mean a lot of things.

I agree that black powder revolver are a crap to reload but why people don't use more of this guns? Since they are barely free to get even in most of European country with restrictive gun laws. That could be useful at least for home defense/self-defense.
And black powder is easy to make at home if you have a garden for exemple. In case of SHTF black powder ammunition is viable longer than gun powder one.
The problem here in euro isn't getting the gun.
It's the fact that home defense is going to get you jailed if you protect yourself with anything other than a knife/sword/hatchet.
If youre gona risk jail by firing at peoples in your house, you may as well do it with semi auto.

In several American states black-powder firearms are not defined as true firearms, so people older than 18 (old enough to buy them) but under 21 (the age where most people can get concealed carry permits) will carry cap-and-ball blackpowder revolvers, because it's technically legal to do so.

You have to modernize a MiG-21 to make it as effective in 21th century air combat as possible, in order to field it in your new air force. How do you do it and what changes do you make ?
You're a close ally to the US so they might be fine selling you some engines, avionics or weapons.
Bonus points if you also make it effective in ground strike roles.

Hi /k/ long time lurker, but this is my first thread. I've been recently thinking about joining the military. I never thought about special forces or a combat unit until now, I always thought about doing mechanics or something like that. But in recent days I've sparked a big interest in combat units, specifically Rangers and Green Berrets. The coordination and discipline in their movements, thought process, and tactics absolutely awe me. For some reason combat doesn't scare me like it used too (maybe cause I've been playing Arma) but I've found a very strong new interest in combat divisions and would like to join one.
So tell me, what should I expect if I try to get into the Army Rangers or Green Berrets? What kind of training and physical ability does it require? Can I still join even thought i don't have my diploma but have my GED? What are the differences in maneuvers and fighting tactics that Green Berrets and Rangers use, compare and contrast? What do both fields have to offer?
