I took a quick glance at it and just about the only thing I would say is to take out the drawings you have on there. In my opinion the illustrations come off as either not polished enough or amateurish whereas the majority of the other work on there does NOT give off that vibe. Secondly, I'm not entirely convinced of the navigation of the site with the 'three lines in the corner' thing. Other than that your presentation is very nice. I particularly like your album works. Good stuff overall, man.

Get rid of the paper texture and focus on the shape of the logo. Go back to pen and paper and draw some logos until you come up with something interesting.

You don't need to have all the things you do in your logo. Just your name. I would even lose the "designs". It should be obvious from context. Focus on creating a compelling logotype or wordmark.

Hit freeimages and type in paper, download everything that strikes your fancy. Paste that shit in a layer over your vector art and flip through the layer modes until you find something you like (screen, darken, overlay, etc.) Adjust opacity to taste.
A more interesting way to do it would be to mask a few different textures onto your various vector objects - in other words, the mountains would be one texture, the sky another, the moon another. This can be achieved in Illustrator by duplicating the object, filling it with the texture, and adjusting the opacity.
PS: This technique is useful, but as a style it's a bit passé.
sup /gd/ what software would you guys recommend to edit GIFs? I'm trying to make something like pic related, take a GIF, and put my website's post template on it while keeping a small file size, already tried with PS and GIMP (bc GIF optimization was promising) but you can already imagine the outcome, I spent about 30 mins on one stupid gif and it came out being 23.6MB so yea...
