I do a PPL with OHP as the main shoulders exercise, and would like to add another exercise for the rear delts. What are the best ones that fit recommends?
I tried doing facepulls yesterday, but think I'm doing something wrong. I found it difficult to keep balance, even with low weights, as the weights are pulling me closer to the station, I had to lean back. Is this the normal posture for facepulls? Grab barbell with supinated grip, row it towards the higher part of your chest, unlike other rows which go lower.
Biceps, lats, traps and rear delts in just a single exercise.
Of course, all vertical and horizontal pulls train the rear delts to some degree.
Do lateral raises as well.

I stare at 2 monitors all day for work and by the end of the day my eyes are killing me. This is normal, but it's worse for me because I have a lazy eye. After several hours, one eye will drift outward. Looks stupid as fuck and feels uncomfortable.

Fuck i dont know why but my left eye is tilted upwards and if i civer my good eye i cant see shit. Also it looks plain bigger up close which is discouraging when talking ti a nice girl. How the fuck do I get my bench up /fit/? I started lifting 6 weeks ago and I was making progress on my other lifts but bench is fucking shit.
Here is my progress:
Squats: the bar --> 115lb (yes, fucking pounds. I'm a weak skelly that never left his basement)
Deadlift: 60lb --> 170lb
Bench: bar --> 85lb
On the bright side I went from not being able to do a single pushup to being able to do multiple sets of 25...

How do I train my pullups without using any sort of pullup bar?
Do inverted pull ups
Reverse grip rows, bent over rows, etc. There really is no substitute for pull ups though, but this will hit the same muscles to help you do them in the future.
