I'm from /fit (in b4 homo)
I wanted to incorporate vegetable and/or fruit juices in my regime at least once a week (max 3 times a week). Not for detox reasons but for improving my health. I know the old saying is that eating them is better than drinking them but in terms of juices:
What are the best vegetable juices and/or fruit juices I can actually benefit from?
I was thinking of Beet Juice (because I have anemia). Anything else?

You can take it post-workout if there's no protein to be had, but then again, l-glutamine doesn't just sprout from the ground, you have to go out of your way to buy it. So you can just go out of your way to buy milk, or a protein powder, instead. And that's much better.
If you have an overpowering urge to get drunk in the daytime, maybe see a psychiatrist and work on the underlying issue.

Alright you niggers let's settle the issue of cast iron pans compared to others once and for all
PROS:
-The best material for retaining heat. It is twice as good as an aluminum pan of equal thickness
-It's oven safe so you can make bread, pizza, finish a steak etc. in it
-Durability. Mine was last produced in 1934 so it could be 100 years old. It actually gets better with age
-Cheap. 5 bucks at a garage sale
-You can use metal utensils without fucking it up
-It will make your hipster girlfriend wet

Don't forget that they're also shit in terms of thermal conductivity and even heating. Since getting a set of copper cookware I only really use cast iron for searing meat anymore.

I actually don't like bacon that much. There are cuts of pork I think are way better however, garnishing anything in bacon or putting in something will make it sell ten fold, I've come to find that after multiple menus I've worked on
