Can any restaurant make a decent pizza anymore? I live in Ohio. When I was a kid, it didn't matter where you went - Little Caesar's, Pizza Hut, anything - all the pizza was fucking great. Now Little Caesar's skimps like an Ethiopian on your cheese, Pizza Hut tastes like plastic overcooked in a microwave and all local pizza places have the shittiest pizza imaginable. I mean I realize the 90s turned everyone into hypercapitalist cynics pushing low-quality garbage to try to maximize profits, but holy shit, does this mean I'm never allowed to eat pizza again...

I've got some heavy cream leftover from a previous recipe. Ordinarily I'd make some miscellaneous pasta sauce, but I was wondering what you lot do with leftover cream.
My oven is out of commission at the moment, which narrows things down.

It was a whitecastles at like 2 in the morning. I don't know why but it was so God damned satisfying. But sober I'd have to say it was this road side joint when I was driving through Missouri a year ago, it had a good char and amazing flavor. It had just your basic white bread and lettuce cheese and tomato but the pattie was made to perfection.
It also had this shake that is made with marshmallow fluff blended into it, literally to die for.
