So what are some extravagant foods you'd like to try and/or prepare yourself?
Much food nowadays is just slabs of meat from here and there where you don't even recognize it was an animal once so I find stuff interesting where you still see where it comes from.

I'd like to try Ortolans once. It is whole songbirds drowned in Armagnac and then prepared. Eaten whole.

i was wondering if its possible to bring my own sauce to mcdonalds.
I like mcdonalds chicken burgers but they have really shitty mustard, i like djon mustard in my chicken, i also want some guacamole frys but they dont serve that
so i was thinking on going there with a mustard jar, an avocado, a knife and a fork and maybbe some lemon to sueeze on the fries
sure i could take the food home but its too cold outside so my food wouldnt arrive home warm with me

Quick Question: How do you pan fry breaded chicken breast without burning the breading but making sure the fatter side is cooked all the way through?
