My CPU usage is constantly over 35% and nothing is running to justify that kind of usage.
What's going on? Am I infected? Is it a hardware issue? Mbam scan reveals nothing.

the top three are constantly shuffling around, usually around 5% most of the time. Battle.net Helper is up there a lot, and so is Chrome, and Desktop Window Manager.

Okay so a few years ago there was this manga i read online.
It was about how monsters and humans were fighting, and they booth had a way of power rankings.
Like the best monsters are a 6 star (Like there is 6 balls put inside them) While humans would see a witch and she would see the kills they had, and then give them dashes on their chest to show how good they were.
The monster and humans both have some weapons that represent themselves.
The main charter had many special weapons. Since when he was younger his idols died and they gave him their weapons.

I have a Windows XP hard drive that sounds terrible and needs replaced. I also want to upgrade it to Windows 7.
Can i just replace the hard drive and buy a Windows 7 install disc, or do i still need XP to make the transition? I've read that this desktop can handle Windows 7.

Yes, you can get rid of the hard drive. I know from making my own computer that all you need is a working hard drive and disk loader.
