My CPU usage is constantly over 35% and nothing is running to justify that kind of usage.
What's going on? Am I infected? Is it a hardware issue? Mbam scan reveals nothing.

Okay so a few years ago there was this manga i read online.

About 10 or so years ago, I scourged the internet for all things Sailor Moon. I came across a page that was in another language and it was for the Live Action Sailor Moon. Someone made a music video and I have been looking for this damn song for as long as I can remember. The words sound something like "chu-len, see for see for, opwam no se no twan". Slow, a little vocally(if that's how you describe it...) and definitely a female singer. The song has to be older than 8 years for sure.

I have a Windows XP hard drive that sounds terrible and needs replaced. I also want to upgrade it to Windows 7.
Can i just replace the hard drive and buy a Windows 7 install disc, or do i still need XP to make the transition? I've read that this desktop can handle Windows 7.

Yes, you can get rid of the hard drive. I know from making my own computer that all you need is a working hard drive and disk loader.
