I've been googling an anime that's old. I watched it years ago and just now remembered some parts of it. I just can't remember the name.
Some points I remember is Shangri-la, mysterious cloaked figure that controls shadows, and some girl who can see another dimension.
I don't know if the last one is spot on, but if anyone can spew off a couple of anime's that are similar or knows what I'm talking about I would be very grateful.

Mugen, not a stage, its a game engine that lets you use your own fighters, arenas, music, graphics etc
so today when i installed steam and tried to play the division i was greeted with an 8fps max on high settings. this shouldnt happen because i have a gtx 970 gpu with an i5 6600k processor. did i get a bad gpu or something?
did you install proper drivers?
Did you plug the cord into the mobo instead of the gpu?
did you consider not playing a game by ubisoft?
1. What happens if you play it at low settings and same resolution?
2. Are you using software to view GPU usage and so on ? If yes, what software? (If it's one that uses RivaTuner, close it and launch FRAPS just for the FPS)

"5v" is the voltage the supply will try to create. "0.85A" is the greatest current the load can accept before the power supply is outwith its design criteria.
You can use the supply with any device where the voltage is the same, and the current requirement is equal to or less than the current rating.
To be honest, you can probably get away with using the 5.1v supply, as almost all devices use their own power supply to clean up what you're feeding them.

use value that best fits with the original charger; ie. don't use a fast charger with a device that is not meant for it
I have a gtx 760 right now and its very serviceable in terms of running games at mid at 1080p. I recently got around $800 disposable income and im considering an upgrade.
one option is getting a 1070, but thats going to overkill my 1080p set up and the performance is wasted considerig im going to play overwatch 80% of the time,i could try to get a 1440p monitor but im not sure how attainable 60-90 fps is and thats even more money
option 2 i get the r9 480 to just max out 1080p for cheap and wait for further price drop in monitors and the 10xx cards
option 3 i do nothing and sit on the money until better shit comes out
