I just got a roku and I connected it as a device to my laptop. The problem is when I try to project it to the TV/roku it won't come up when I am searching to duplicate the screen. What do I have to do to fix this?

I just bought myself a nice Logitech Z906 surround system. I got it all hooked up to my PC pretty fast, but I can't seem to get any sound out of it. This frustrates me, because this piece of shit cost me €300 and I just want it to work. Please help me.
I connected it through AUX, because my computer somehow doesn't have SPDIF. I have no idea where to start, I don't know very much about audio stuff..
I tried flipping through the channels on the Z906, but I can't get sound anywhere..

Did you hook it in the back of your computer or the front of your computer? Did you try checking the Device Manager, (Access it by right clicking on the start menu and click Device Manager). If it shows up, then it's the wrong jack/usb port probably.
I'm connecting it to an MSI MS-7808 motherboard, and I'm using Realtek HD Audio. Is that helping?

hi /wsr/ i need your help real bad.
Today i bought a mobo(gigabyte z170-hd3) and an intel i5 6600 as a upgrade to my pc. i replaced everything in it, plugged everything back in place.

but when i turn it on, it turns itself off after 5 seconds.
what i tried:
-pulling everything out/cutting power to everything excpet cpu/mobo.
-removing ram sticks.
my psu also worked just fine before this replacement.
Any ideas to fix this issue?

I'm searching for a game that I used to play some years ago.
It was a ww2 game where you had a squad of 4 (maybe more) soldiers and you could choose the weapons etc. for them. You could control each soldier from a top-down perspective or in first/third person view. You could switch the soldier that you are controlling.
I only remember that you had to destroy a bridge in the first mission.
Does anyone know what game that could be?

I have a low budget PC, and I can't pay for any games since I can't even afford cable. I'm looking for games/sites where people are usually 14-25.

I used to go on Maplestory private servers.
The real one is rather boring imo, the classic one was way better. Private servers usually have closely-knit communities so it's nice to play in small groups of >1000 so you know a lot of people. Made a lot of friends there.
I met a lot of people on osu! back in the day when I still played, still talk to some of them to this day.
Keep in mind that most of them are autistic to some degree.
