I just bought Rainbow Six Siege on steam late last night, after it was done installing this morning I tried launching it. It did the usual first time installs steam does for all new games. The only problem is after it's done installing the first time stuff nothing happens. If I click "play" again the first time install starts again but still nothing after that.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried googling it but nothing helpful really comes up.

No, but I've tired the "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" option to check for any missing/corrupted files and it found nothing.

I need some serious help here because I am lost as all heck.
I decommissioned my old PC and got some new parts, was running fine when I set it up, everything seemed normal. Temps, clocks, power, all in order. Could run and play on it for several hours. Even tried the Asus overclocking feature to have it gently knock things up a notch after I was sure the cooling worked. Then I went to see my father over the weekend and when I got back yesterday shit started.
The thing kept turning off randomly. Screen goes idle, fans turn up a bit, 10-20 seconds later the whole thing...

Have you tried starting it without changing anything in the BIOS?
Make sure you have all the power supply pins in the right places. Triple check both manuals.
Have you tried starting it with only the OS drive? Leaving out the extra drives.
Have you tried using your other drives for the main drive?
Was there any static discharge between you and the computer?
Try different parts if you have any, like a spare PSU, CPU, MB, to find out which part is/is not causing problems.

2 Main ways:
1. Harder but looks better:
Photo editing software (GIMP/PS). Trace objects and fill, cell shading manually.
2. Easy and Fast (Recommended)
Load into GIMP/Photo shop
Go to filters. Look under artistic. Try them until the look relatively cell-shaded.
There are other ways but these are the 2 that come to mind.

Hello, I just finished reading, "All Quiet on the Western Front," and, "A Farewell to Arms," in recent days. I've never really given a great deal of attention to the first world war, yet these books were absolutely captivating, leading me to watch plenty of documentaries and that channel covering the great war.
Can any of you recommend any good books set in, or covering the first world war? They can be fictional or nonfiction, accounts of the war from lieutenants and etc. I'd just like something good to read.
