Playing videos won't take much, unless you want to use MadVR or SVP. Even using those, it won't take a 960/970 or higher for max quality/performance.
Streaming videos doesn't require shit.
For rendering, you might want an i7, for hyperthreading.
For the GPU, I would wait to see how the RX480 crossfire improves over the month, and decide between that or whatever Nvidia card. Your PSU can support it.
You might want faster RAM, like closer to the 3400MHz that DDR4 reaches.

Hi, I've recently tried to install Windows 7 via bootcaml to my Mac, and it all went hunky dory until I actually reached Windows startup. It won't fucking start. I just keep getting greeted over and over and over again with the error "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file." I'm installing it through a USB and I have a fucking product key, so if I'm supposed to verify this shit how do I do it when I'm stuck at the stupid startup screen? I can't even reboot back to Mac OS, holding down all manner of keys does nothing...

My phone has been acting really weird lately. First Chrome constantly crashed, then it moved to other apps, and even my settings. It stops for about half an hour, then a couple of apps (most of the time including Chrome) crash. I installed 360 Security and it says there aren't any viruses and there aren't any threats. What could be wrong?
OP here, now 360 Security won't work so I can't check for viruses again.
Either you DO have malware, and the security app (usually BS) misdiagnosed it, or your digitizer is going nuts. I've have the digitizer thing happen on multiple devices. Try showing touches in Developer Options. If it's malware, which it could be, factory reset the damn thing.

id say get an i5 model and a better gpu ,that processor you chose is totally overkill for games and a better gpu would habe a more noticeable effect
I would ditch the "K" line overclocable processor. If you know "fuck all about this" then buying overclockable gear is just going to be a waste of money. That means you don't have to buy the fan either. I5 is probably fine. I would add a cheap sandisk ssd too. Your initial setup is going to be slightly trickier, but the pc will be a lot more responsive. I'd also spend a little bit more on the monitor and get one with IPS and overdrive. The gtx 970 is getting replaced so either opt for a different card or wait for it to come way down on price.
