there was this arcade game where you were a spy and needed to deactivate certain monitors to complete the level. It had different layers, like Mappy or that kind of old games, and you needed to take elevators to go up and down.

Guys my cpu is really messed up and I dont know why.
Opening up a new chrome tab makes my computer lag like no tomorrow (can hardly move cursor across screen), and most of my online games lag too on startup. after they start running they seem to be fine, but using chrome in my second monitor just kills my performance.
I've got avast antivirus and full scans show that everything on my pc is okay.
I don't have a million background processes running either -- really its just my AV software

so... have you confirmed it's the CPU maxing out with the Performance tab in the Task Manger?
from my experience the browser maxing out CPU is more of a problem with graphics and the draw engine. the whole second monitor business also points into that direction. i've only seen that before when i didn't have a dedicated graphics card and the CPU had to do some rendering as well.

Cpu spikes to about 60% usage, almost entirely because of 'Service Host: Network Services' while my memory spikes and dips due to 'System and compressed memory'
Since this is a self built computer is it possible something came loose or something? Maybe some malware my antivirus didnt pick up or busted drivers?
Windows 10 is the problem. it by default has a bunch of CPU intensive spying/windows update shit in it. Install Win7 or GNU/Linux

I hate cop drama shit. I didn't enjoy The Wire. I'm not a big fan of horror or vampires either.
Flight of the Conchords and Spoils of Babylon are great comedies. You said you didn't like cop drama but the first True Detective was great.

Its supposed to be 4000 DPI.
However its harder to use than my old 1000 DPI mouse. I have to move the mouse much longer distances to get the same distance on my old mouse. I tried cranking the mouse sensitivity on windows 10 to the max , but I still have trouble using it. Is there any way to fix it and make it easier to use so I can move the cursor farther with smaller motions?

I ordered a cpu upgrade for my acer aspire 5349, from a celeron to an i3. I didnt check the supported hardware but it looks like i lucked out because the i3 i ordered is one of the 3 that work in it, good thing i spent all night learning about sockets and architecture, close one. Anyways, i watched a disassembly video so im confident i can get the old cpu out. Now heres my problem, how the fuck do i put the new cpu in? push it and it clips in like ram does? I heard something about a lever before...and what about thermal paste, do i just rub that shit in there like butter or...

okay, so, with a cpu, you have to treat it like the skull of a newborn baby. too much pressure, not gentle enough, and you have permanent brain damage.
