I think the answers to that question depends heavily on what we agree to be highly rated and lowly rated shows.
Rakugo for example is underwatched, but I don't think it's underrated. Everyone who's willing to pick it up rates it highly.
KonoSuba exceeded all expectations and turned out to be something way better than DanMachi and other stuck-in-a-game-world harems. But it's still nothing more than a silly frivolous comedy, and it's not really comparable with stuff like NGNL.

You kinda do, because the reds fail bad sectors quickly so as not to gum your array up, whereas the other ones could, but choose not to because you haven't paid the premium.
tl;dr: don't pay the Red tax, your array shits itself the moment one drive goes dodgy.

Trying to get this image with a different background color, one that white would show up on when I had it it had a dark green (dirty green? background). I'm at the end of my rope here. My laptop will play as many games, open as many programs, etc. as long as it's all in a small location of the screen. Once a window gets too large though, the entire screen goes blank and requires a restart to see again.
How the fuck does that even happen?
It does it in safe mode, and still persists through a factory restart.
I've done just about everything I can think of, so I could really use some help
