All antiviruses are basically shitty at best. Some are shittier when they add a bunch of bloat you don't need. I use MSE because it does what I want from an antivirus without overstepping it's bounds.
If you're serious about keeping viruses off your pc I would suggest using Sandboxie. Run your browser in a sandbox. The next strongest thing you can get is to run it in a VM but that type of security isn't worth the hassle of setting up and sucking up your cpu resources just for that type of security.

1. It doesn't slow down my system.
2. It has caught infections missed by Trend Micro and Kaspersky.
Is there any anime that's actually funny? I'm starting to think comedy doesn't translate as well as drama does.
I do like WataMote, but mainly because of Tomoko and how she's a relatable waifu. I'm also watching Space Dandy right now, but the comedy falls flat; what makes it for me is the space adventure stuff.

yo /wsr/ I have a crashing issue I haven't solved.
My PC isn't 8 months old yet, but suddenly I have an issue where my system will just shut down, as if it lost power, mid game. The most consistent I have it happening is as soon as I go to load into a Fallout 4 game it dies. I completely wiped and updated my 970 drivers, but it hasn't fixed it.
Ideas?

yeah if it's literally an instant power-off shut down, it's virtually always overheating or a defective power supply. get speedfan or some other utility to keep track of temps and see where they're at when play a game (you can google your CPU/GPU suggested temperatures).
could be as simple as opening the case up and cleaning out a shitload of dust

It sounds like power cuts out completely, then a few seconds later boots back up without my input. I don't have another psu around, but the heat in the system is fine everytime.

No offense but this isn't supposed to pose much of a challenge. The main focus is the formatting, which is slightly different from a formal letter. The content is probably not important so if I were you I'd spend the first paragraph talking about the item you borrowed, the second on how you lost it and the third on how you're going to make it up to him. Spelling and grammar is key so make sure you get someone to proof read it afterwards.
What are some 80's / 90's anime you enjoy? B sides the obvious titles. Stuff i like: slayers, legend of lemnar, galaxy express 999, ruin explorers. Though anything is much appreciated.
Also bonus points for manga from this era that didnt get an anime.

How can you like Legend of Lemnear?
The rape scenes were somewhat interesting artistically, but that fight scene that lasted half the length of the movie, it was so boring and pointless. Literally no plot, and boring animation as well.
Please Save My Earth is really intresting. The OVA is the only thing I've watched, but the manga gets a lot of praise as well. Recommended.

I think the problem is quantity more than quality. You have lots of still frames with just mouths moving, but when you finally do have these few moments when things start moving it can often look great.
