Wew lad, no. I'll tell you how to do it.
Open your Hitler image.
Drag and drop the png I gave you.
Scale it down with the scale tool(Shift+T), hold down crtl to keep the proportions.
Move it where you want it with the move tool(M).
Use the color tab and click Hue-Saturation.
Turn saturation to minimum.

Select a corner anchor and drag it while holding down crtl, if this doesn't work post a screencap.
