Hey guys.
I've been trying to solve this on my own for about a week with no results, so hopefully someone can give me a hand.
I've got a ZOTAC GTX 970 card installed at the moment. Both fans constantly run at full-blast, which creates jet-engine levels of noise. Additionally, the secondary fan (closer to the back of the case) creates a rather infuriating grinding noise when over about 80% speed (which, again, is all the time). Attempting to use speedfan/afterburner/firestorm has done nothing, and all of these programs seem to be unable to detect the...

Both power connector and fan header are 4-pin, yes?
You could try uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them. Ive heard some of the drivers have been killing cards etc

Torchlight 2 is good.
Darkest dungeon is pretty hard, you're about as likely to die as the mobs.

Baka to Test may be a comedy show, but it has three yandere girls. Shouko in particular is a great yandere.
Mawaru Penguindrum has a lot to like for yandere lovers. From one girl in particular, but others have their moments as well.
Oreimo also has a great yandere, but she's not the main focus.
Higurashi doesn't have yandere. It has yangire, which is different.
Yandere specifically refers to when the girls kill for reasons related to love, hence the "dere" part.

I am looking for a way to find out why my secondary, non-SSD disc keeps spinning up from hibernation. It doesn't seem like a specific interval after it shuts down and I tried looking at the resource monitor when it happened, but nothing shows up for its partitions reading or writing.
Is there a way to actually log all disc activity?
Incidentally, I'd love to have this function for Windows start-up as well. Something to see the order in which programs are launched, right up to the full shell.
Seeing how suddenly, out of nowhere, on startup restored...

there is a set time after which windows powers down drives, you can change it in the advanced power settings.

Yeah, that's what I mean. It's powered down. But, without me even sitting at the PC, it frequently (well, infrequently, as in with no discernible set interval after powering down) powers back up. And I can't find out what's accessing the disc, so I can prevent that from happening.
By the time I'm back to look at the resource monitor, to see what's writing/reading, it's stopped reading/writing. Besides, it seems the resource monitor only shows C drive activity.
