I tend to like watching my anime on my t.v and occasionally run into problems where my t.v. or Blu-ray player can't view them.
With something that doesn't have subs usually that means a trip to format factory or as converter but sometimes I get message that there is an error in the file and they won't convert.

Probably Handbrake. The best choice is ffmpeg, but Handbrake's GUI makes it easier if you just want to burn in subs and make everything a uniform baseline MPEG.

I also have been getting the message "no video file" when trying to convert a few mkv's when they WILL play in vlc and player classic.
So to make a long story short, I need an image i found off of /b/ a while back. I saved it on a laptop, and the laptop stopped working, got a new one, and now I need the image again, for a story I want to write.

I'm using SPSS to create a variable that is supposed to show the numerical distance between a case and a given value. My mathmatical/programming skills are too limited to figure this out though and I could not find any tutorial pertaining to this online. Does anyone here have an idea on how to compute this?
To be clear, what I need is the distance from a case to a given number where the given number is always the same for instance at a given value of 10:
Case says: 4
Distance is 6
Case says: 15
Distance is 5
I have no clue how to fix this mathmatically or as a function in SPSS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had this zip file and wanted to move it so I cut it, but after I tried pasting it, it said the file was gone.
I went back to the previous folder and it was missing. I tried searching for it through the search thingy on my whole computer and it was magically gone.
I was lucky that I had a backup on my google drive, but I'm just really confused. Where did the file go?
Should also mention, the zip was working. I opened it before I cut it and looked at the pictures that was inside.
Well. I only know this happens when you use Windows explorer to view inside a zip file.
It temporarily opens the zip file in order to show it to you so if you cut the file from the zip file in explorer view then use that same window to navigate to the folder to paste it to then windows will have "closed" access to the zip file and the file to cut will not be accessible anymore.

So I got this, used this for about 2 weeks, suddenly, out of nowhere, my screen goes white and my computer reboots.
Since then, the computer stopped recognizing it. Every time I try to install the drivers, it says that there's no hardware. I already tried every slot for the GPU and still no dice. I made sure all the cables were hooked up, everything lights up, the fans are spinning, but still, the computer will not detect it.
Any clues on what might be going on?
Sounds like a bad card to me. I'd check with onboard video. If no onboard video I'd buy a new card and make sure it wasn't the same model.
Does device manager detect it/what does it show?
