That one is asking me for a survey. It asks me for name and company, then where I want to save it, then it says I need to do a survey for human verification, yet I can never get it to acknowledge I finished the survey.

Well stop doing that. And download deluge.
Then when pressing the little magnet link there should open a browser prompt which you then agree to.
Then your torrent program open and you say where it should be downloaded to. And voila you are now a pirate.
