I have a bit of an odd problem with my connection. For background, I'm using qBittorrent 3.3.4 on Win8. Here's what's happening and what I've narrowed down:
Firstly, I can't connect to trackers. They're labeled as 'Not working'. It's not just one tracker that I've been blacklisted from; none of them work, so it must be on my end.
Secondly, I can still download and seed (most) torrents just fine, as DHT and Peer Exchange are both working. In fact, I'm not even sure how long this has been happening, because until...

Well. I'm not too sure on the specifics of trackers and stuff. I just download and it goes. When something so when something does fuck up I just restore from my system image and I'm good as new.
Do you have a software firewall?

This is the only picture I could find from it (and I'm not entirely sure if this is actually from it). One scene I distinctly remember is the pictures blonde girl running away from a house, and the pictured black haired guy noticing her run buy with a confused expression.
I also think it had Koi in the title.
If this picture isn't from the manga then I'm sorry, its just the characters look very similar to this.

Higurashi has all those, but skip out on the OVA's, they have the bad kind of fanservice.

Konosuba if you want another "thrown into fantasy world" with a weak MC and focuses more on comedy.
Steins;Gate has some good psychological torture and breakdowns, but it's much more pronounced in the visual novel compared to the anime.
Kyoukai no Kanata for its cursed power/possession/supernatural/fanservice all in one. Though it's not the best.
Maybe NHK ni Youkoso for its psychological breakdowns, though it isn't anything like what you listed.

bump for interest. Tried to find some plug-in for CS5 to open .svg in PS to save it as PSD or PNG.
Open it in google images search. Open the large preview but don't click on View image, instead right click on the large preview and select copy. Then paste into whatever image editor that supports transparency.
