Can someone please help me figure something out?
I'm looking for a name of a specific design movement that was popular in the 70's-90's in the fields of technology, architecture, and other things. It's characterized by creamy/dull colors, heavy use of metal, vinyl, rubber, thick lines, simple color schemes, etc. I will post examples of what I'm talking about. I simply love this stuff and even if it doesn't have a name, if someone could point me in the direction of a blog or something that is full of this type of design, I'd love you...

Are there any good alternatives to MyAnimeList for compiling and rating anime? MAL doesn't let you delete your account when you make one, and I fucking hate that so I don't even want to bother

The interface. Hummingbird has the best interface in my opinion.
But looking at your original concern, that you can't delete the accounts, I think none of those sites offer you that option.
You could just make an excel sheet if you don't want to register to those sites.

I have both regular firefox and firefox developer edition installed. I want to make .swf files always open in developer edition by default. but it will not let me select it. when i do

>right click -> open with -> choose default program
developer edition does not appear in the list. so i select browse, navigate to the dev edition folder, select the .exe and hit okay, and it goes back to the original 'open with' screen with -regular- firefox STILL selected and no dev edition...

i hadn't but i just tried and it exhibits the same behavior
to be clear, I am ABLE to open .swf from -within- dev edition using the standard file menu -> open file.
i just want to be able to open them from windows explorer the same way i'd open an html file or whatever without having to open the browser and re-navigate to a file i'm already looking at.
it also appears this isn't exclusive to .swf, I can't associate ANYTHING with firefox dev edition that wasn't associated by default when I installed it (e.g. .pdf or .htm will open in dev edition, but if i try to use 'open with' on a .jpg or anything else i get the same issue where developer edition is not a selectable option)
I need a calculator on my desk that just adds, subtracts, multiplies, divides and maybe even square roots. But I want:
Big buttons
Excellent tactile response
Decent build quality
Decent display
Under $100 if possible!
I have big fat fingers and i need to do a lot of simple arithmetic quickly. Yes I know, l2math. inb4 abacus. I am old and my time is valuable. The Windows and OS X calculators don't cut it when I need to do quick algebra. Some cheap pocket model with rubbery pea sized buttons, I just can't deal with that.

I meant to place more of an emphasis on the buttons. It needs to feel seamless. If I have to take a second to look and make sure I have my finger on the right button or wonder if I pressed it firmly enough, then that calculator is no good to me.
something with mechanical switches like a keyboard would have. Is there anything out there like that?

texas instruments makes some simple ones. my mom has a solar powered one she's been using since the 1990s. it even has a bump on the 5 button so you know when your hand is positioned correctly, like the numpad on a computer keyboard. I think I've even seen them where they are almost tablet-sized, and the buttons are enormous.
try an office supply store. they should have something suitable. if you can't find one with a bump or other tactile thing on the keys, you can always add a dot of nail polish, or superglue on a little nub of plastic or something.

what this guy says. just poke around some office or electronics stores, you should be able to find something that satisfies all your criteria for <10$, let alone a hundred. I don't know about literal mechanical switches, but you can easily fine one with large buttons that are firm enough that you can clearly tell whether you've successfully engaged them or not.

uh oh, errors on a RAID0 are no bueno...
did your system crash? if the disks are physically fine, some writing must have gotten interrupted and now the RAID controller thinks the disks are corrupted.
you seem to still be able to boot from the SSD, i gather? what reports does Intel Matrix Storage give? maybe you can access some cache to fix the writing error or at least mark the disks as fine so you may recover some data...

It will not boot to windows. It starts and does the "repair" thing but it doesn't go beyond that it just restarts

Hi /wsr/, i love anime but lately i have found any good harem animes to watch. Do you have any recommendations of a good harem anime with a good plot and decent animetion. My favorite harem anime is highschool dxd so something similar to that.

There aren't that many good harems with a decent plot like DxD though. I'll just name you all the stuff I've seen and liked.
- Valkyrie drive: mermaid (Lesbian harem something with okayisch plot)
- Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai. DxD 3.0 but way less memorable
- Date a Live (not ecchi but it's harem)
- Green green (This was terrible in more than 1 way)
- Hagure Yuusha no Aesthetica (Demons and stuff with a badass MC)

Okay, this might be a bit too much to ask for, but i want to borrow someone's Battle-net account for a day or two.
I know it sounds crazy, it's just that i want to try out pic related to see if it runs on my toaster before i invest nearly half my income (College's a bitch).
Plus i haven't found any good torrents. And even if i did, i want to stay out of torrenting as much as possible.

My gpu started overheating and I'm not sure why.
I've updated the drivers, changed thermal paste, cleaned the fans, the gpu. But it still overheats?
It overheats typically after 10 minutes after I start to play a game (it restarts) and everything that I did seem to not make a difference.
What else can I look into? Could power supply box be the one overheating then? If that's even a thing.
GPU: Geforce GTX 560
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.70 GHz

While running HoI4 I looked through MSI Afterburner and it showed GPU at 100% use and the temperature was steadily climbing by +1 every 2 seconds. The moment it reached 80 C it restarted instantly.
