So i started upgrading my pc bought a new tower
A new asus z170 pro gaming mobo
A new gpu asus gtx 970
Corsair hyperx 16gb (8+8) ram
New psu
Only thing left (for now)
Is the cpu i want a good one so i think i should buy a i7 6700k
Should i get something else instead im really lost

Don't get a 6700k.
If you are just gaming there is no need for an 6700k. Since you wont be rendering anything.
Get an i5 6600k and a good aftermarket cooler.

So "legitimately acquire" PrimoCache, and use it to cache the hard disk:
- no faffing about deciding what does and doesn't go on the SSD
- computer learns what you do and don't use automatically
- if it explodes, you lose no data

I need to run a cmd script as admin
So I need to run a .cmd script as admin but I can't find the run as admin option when I right click it.
I've found lots of guides on how to run CMD as admin but not how execute a script.

You cd (change directory) to where the script is, then type in the name of the script to run it.

I think it's basically about compression. I do remember when messing with Xvid and MPEG encoding back in the day the codecs had "Quantization" matrixes which were a bit fucking chart of numbers that looked almost like those multiplication tables in black & white notebooks.
You could change it to whatever you liked and optimize it but I think that was for ADVANCED users and really even depended on different types of video.

It's an Asus Eee Pc 105P and it still works due to some miracle. I opened it and cleaned it the best I could.
One "problem" is that every time I switch it on now, it asks me to choose an operating system (win7).

My friend accidently formatted an external harddrive without copying all of the files
We've used recovery software like DiskDigger and EaseUs and found hte files, but both require a paid license to get the files back.

I'm telling you now you're most likely FUCKED. Have you written anything AT ALL to the drive? if the answer is no you could get a partition restoration program which is by far more reliable and less of a waste of time than file recovery programs.
