Basculin or Aegislash. Can only use Basculin in gen 5 onwards and Aegislash in gen 6 onwards.

What is even the fucking point of instigating a no hacking rule if 90% of the VGC base doesn't enforce it? I went today and the MC pretty much ADMITTED that everyone there is hacking legendaries but they can't do anything about it. Players even openly admitted to me they did it (I mean I know it's fucking obvious but don't flagrantly advertise it).
Just makes me mad just how lax they are about it and it gives them an unfair advantage over those who choose to play the game fairly and put the hard work in to raise perfect mons.
I mean you'd be eliminating practically the entire competition. I mean, what's the fucking point? Just ban legendaries altogether. There would still be hacking, but not NEARLY as much.
It was a dumb as fuck idea to allow those restricted ones for fuck sake.

I went to a premier challenge in southern california. Some kid Powersaved his legends incorrectly, got disqualified cause couldnt even start a battle due to hack check from the game

What are some concepts of towns or cities you think would be neat to have in the games?
Personally i think a town that's entirely in a cave could be a neat idea, or one built into the side of a mountain.

Well when it comes to this, it's best to look at the real world for inspiration. I like the idea of Nordlingen. A city built over a meteor crater could be really easy to incorporate in the story. Maybe it could have something to do with Rayquaza or Deoxys post game.
