New version of ORAS gets released in preparation of Z
>Legendary Pokemon are now played as 10 levels lower than other Pokemon when in a competitive format.

>Only one Pokemon in a player's party can be offensively slept at a time
>Evasion now only has three stages - 100% accuracy, 85% accuracy and 70% accuracy
>Critical hits have been reworked. There are now three stages of critical chance exclusive to moves that do not boast a higher critical chance: +0: 0%, +1: 4%, +2: 8%. Pokemon gain stages by using a move successively i.e the first attack a Pokemon uses has a 0% chance of landing a critical hit, but if the Pokemon were to use the attack again it will gain a stage in critical. The attacks do not have to be successive, they are tallied per battle. Attacks which boast a higher critical chance remain fixed at 12.5% as they are now.

-Menuhax and Browserhax are BACK, working up to 10.3! As we've learned from before, do NOT rely on browserhax exclusively because Nintendo can push an update at any time, install menuhax and/or ironhax (see under) ASAP!
-Exploitable Ironhax is downloadable again for 10.2+ users but will be taken down really really soon so rush the fuck out. Download the newest starter kit obviously, install menuhax, run it (for some reason doesn't work on other hax's) and use the "eShop - old version downloader". This is highly recommended if you don't have OoT/CN because it can't be patched.
-A lot of shit has been going on and we can expect a kernel exploit soon. As such, DON'T update if 10.4 comes. If you're on N3DS it's highly recommended to not update past 10.1 because of an exclusive exploit to it.

Absolutely. Although the Pokemon cards are mostly decided, we're still looking for Trainer and Special Energy card designs. Either make a mockup or just post the card's text. We also want artists and testers on LackeyCCG.

This set is meant to be a stand-alone series, not to interact with any existing metagame. The general power scale is currently up for grabs. Our main goal is that every Pokemon, including evolving basics, serve a purpose. For example, even Pokemon like Caterpie should have an effect like searching for more Caterpie or drawing a card, rather than simply "C - Tackle 10".

No. We are currently testing cards to determine which cards will make the cut. Some cards will be modified for balance reasons, while others will likely need to be omitted completely. Once the cards are finalized, they will be remade using a unified template and given proper artwork (all artwork on mock-ups in this thread are assumed to be placeholders unless otherwise specified). Effect wording will also be cleaned up for the final draft.
