If you ignore type match-ups, which Pokemon has the best physical bulk and which Pokemon has the best special bulk?

Shuckle has shit HP and Mega-Aggron and Mega-Steelix both have the same Defense stat while having a much higher HP stat. So both those Pokemon would have better physical bulk.
I'm asking what the optimal spread between HP and a defense stat is. For example, Regirock has 80 HP but only 200 Defense. Is that going to be able to take more hits than Mega-Steelix (who has 75 HP and 230 Defense).
Likewise, what's the optimal spread for special defense? Would a Blissey (255 HP, 135 Defense) take more damage than something like Regice (80 HP, 200 Special Defense).
Then there's items and abilities like eviolite and multi-scale.
Without saying MLP can someone explain why people class Keldeo as one of the worst pokémon designs?

Design wise it feels very cartoony, which is a sharp contrast to the likes of Rapidash and Zebstrika, which makes it just feel silly despite its intent as a serious member of the Musketeer quartet. Said Musketeers also look significantly less bubbly as Keldeo, and while this is supposed to reflect his relative youth compared to them, it still comes across as arbitrary and undesireable.
The dorky snout really doesn't fit with the rest of the design, and the eyes are too animu. That's about it.

She also did the monarchy thing pretty well. Back before Gen IV, I had an Ant Queen Pokemon that was pretty similar in concept. The male bees would become Knights, the females would become Queens.

Sun and moon revived my pokémon interest oras killed. I bought blue and mistery dungeon, still hungry I decide to see some competitive battling, came up with a team and now I want to breed it ingame.
I first have some questions I hope you might solve:
Is wi-fi anything like showdown? Will I be doomed to lose to the same fucking team 5 times in a row with my UU shitmons? What do you think of my team?
I feel like goodra and crustle are a bit underwhelming, and maybe I could make use of the rain somehow? But I don't want to overflow with water pokémons.

While playing through X again I noticed this and as someone who would hate the idea of people fusing with Pokemon with ash greninja and az floette it seems like this is going to be a thing in Pokemon sun and moon, what are you guys thoughts? Is there any evidence against it?

The Japanese have this awful idea of implementing gimmicks as new mechanics for long-running series. They tend to bog down games that otherwise don't need them in the first place, and are usually the first things to get dropped in the next installment
