The human eye can't see past 24 fps, this is why film is 24 fps. 60 fps is a gimmick. If pressing start and select turned 60 fps to 30, I could press it while you're in the bathroom after playing 3 straight hours, when you get back, you wouldn't even know.

Why is it that people like Obsidian more than Bethesda? I don't understand. I enjoyed Fallout 3 more than New Vegas, even though Vegas had iron scopes in vanilla. I really don't get it.
Fallout 4 should for go the one outdoor map structure of the elder scrolls series and focus their enormous mapping capacity on areas that matter.
No need for fast travel and creates the illusion of a much larger world.
Also would help with the wasteland motif as elderscolls monster spawning makes the world seem over lively.

I played Fallout 3 long time ago, and I liked it. It had some issues (long underground corridors, weird karma system), but in general it was enjoyable. Somebody's selling me New. Vegas Ultimate edition for cheap. My question is: Should I play it? Is it better than FO3? Did the karma system improve? Are there spooky places like the dunwich building? Will it feel too old?

Oh boy, here we go again.
FO3 has a better story and the capital wasteland is much more interesting to explore than Mojave, but in all other aspects NV is the superior game.
