I'd say there's a chance. Slim, but there.
With how much money they've made with post release waifu and slut costumes for the three different releases of a single game, they have got to smell the money from a game designed around dressing ladies up and admiring them. Selling costumes, scenes, props, whatever after the game has launched has got to make them see dollar signs.
It's just not likely to happen until they are completely 100% done milking DOA5 for all its worth though.Which is a lot. Easily hundreds of dollars, even if you buy only bundles.
It really just depends on just how much Team Ninja/Tecmo are willing to sell sex. Considering the post-release content for all the incarnations of DOA5, I'd say they are plenty willing. The sweet lure of dosh is hard to resist.

I never played the original Rebel Moon but Rising works pretty damn good in XP. Don't know about Win7 sadly, sorry. I would imagine it wouldn't give too much trouble as it wasn't a very demanding game in terms of hardware.
