There's only four islands in the entire game that are big enough so you can't fit the entire thing in one screen

Get Ultra Street Fighter 4. best you can get for PC right now. On sale as well.
Then - Skullgirls. It's damn good.
Next is MK9, then BlazBlue recent PC port (it has good SP, but online wise it has always on mic).
Main problem with all fighting games on PC - is small online pool of players. So prepare to get your ass kicked, cause it'll be hard to find same level opponents online.
