I've never understood this. Why would anyone say no to picking up an important item? What's the point? Why wouldn't you say Yes everytime? I don't think I've ever seen a situation in a game where saying no to picking up an item is actually a good thing unless your inventory in the game was limited but if your inventory was full, you wouldn't have been given the Yes/No prompt in the first place.
Anything else like this in vidya?

God no. Any puzzle I figured out was all by luck except for a few really obvious ones. Looking back at the solutions a lot of them make sense in hindsight but they all take such bizarre leaps of logic to get there.

How good is this thing? Like how do the games look like? Is it acceptable even on a big screen?

The games look pretty good on the screen.
Even has some ability to mimic touch screen controls.
The only real issue right now is that some games don't support PSTV, which ones do or don't seem to be more or less arbitrary.
Other than that it's a Vita you can use on the TV and with a controller.

The first things I disable are bloom, blur and tessellation. I usually also lower LOD, grass density, SSAO and shadow quality

What's wrong with 30fps for games that aren't shooters?
The point of PC is choice, maybe you want to have the game look nicer, but you can't maintain 60?
I play GTAV at max settings but at 30fps, same with Inquisition.

The game hasn't been announced yet, and the leak says nothing about exclusivity or otherwise. OP made the exclusive part up to get replies. "Based Sony" is also misleading as we don't know if Sony is actually involved, or the game is simply being announced at their event.
