In what tier is your favorite villain in?

Your list is shit, the best kind of Villian is the one who is constantly on your ass and their character shines through interactions with the protagonist/allies.

My favorite villain is probably Claudia Wolf.
She is in a different tier entirely, where she doesn't even know shes a villain, and if you look at it with her world view, she is actually the "good guy" of Silent Hill 3, as she is literally doing God's work.
If we rule out the fact that God is infact a ball of emotions that has turned sour, we can say that her mission of bringing God into the world, and ridding the earth of evil, pain, and corruption is hard to find fault in, and her methods are actually fairly saintly, the only outright reprehensible thing she does in murder Heather's father. But he, in her eyes, is an agent of evil, so it is hard to argue IF we have the same world-view as her.
If we look at it KNOWING she is bringing an evil abortion God into the world, she is still high tier, because her motivation for becoming who she is was Cheryl, her adoptive sister, dying in trying to do the same thing. Not really revolting, but trying to correct the mistakes of the past.
Reminder that the Ghouls didn't need that Waterchip or the fixed pump in Fallout 1 because Ghouls don't need water or food.

Has anyone found a sollution to the fucking driver crash on Fallout 4? Spent an entire afternoon trying everything and still crashes after 2 min of playing every. single. time. Motherfucking game lets me play just enough to like it then fucks me in the ass.

Well, you saw that bullshit trailer. It literally looked like an interactive movie. They've taken the best part of the shitty movie, and turned it into a 4 hour cutscene, feeding off hype, hope and dreams.
