So with the PC release coming up and finally getting to play this hidden gemI wasn't going to purchase a console for a single game, I've been looking into the vocations to decide how to play my first playthrough.
I've managed to narrow it down to 3 choices: Assassin, Sorcerer, or Mystic Knight.
I really can't decide. Sorcerer has the awesome screen-filling spells, Assassin makes maximum use of the enemy climbing mechanicbut may apparently give pawns the bad habit of ALWAYS trying to climb a monster, and Mystic Knight can do ridiculous shit like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kf8DRVsUYeE

I wouldn't recommend sorcerer for your first playthrough. Sure, he has ridiculously flashy spells and is strong as fuck, but standing a mile away from the action charging your nukes isn't terribly fun.
Assassin and MK are apples and oranges, pick whatever you like best.
