Well It's not a PC game, Horizon Chase is pretty fun and easy Mobile game.
Not exactly a racing game, but if you want TIME EXTENSIONS and a game that can be played with low skill or even better with high skill, I'd reccommend Crazy Taxi. There's a surprising amount of skill you can git gud at, and it scratches that quick arcade itch. Driving fast feels pretty damn good when you know how to do it. Also, that soundtrack.

That's Kaiji. Also I have yet to find an actual decent Mahjong game, it's either the weird Windows tile-matching version or it's some buggy cartoon shit that was probably made in Flash. Maybe something like having opportunities to cheat throughout the game, as well as being able to look around and read your opponents' expressions. There are probably poker games that do this since it's more popular in the West than Mahjong.
