Is there really any other reason to get a PS4 than this?
This is the only game I want to play, but really don't think it's worth dropping $300 on a console, 80 on a game and dlc, and 5 for online to be able to play properly.

Future games. Sounds like a bullshit reason but going by the past 3 gens the PS is the most consistent brand. The gamepad is not bad, you can connect it to the PC too, so 50 buck goes to that.

I have a PS4, so here's my opinion:
Probably not? Not for a while, at least.
I got the PS4 to play Destiny and Bloodborne. The former turned out to be shit, but the latter I'm still playing to this day.
Most of the decent games on PS4 that aren't also on PC are HD remasters from the PS3 that I already played. If you want to play some of those, the PS4 might be worth it now (on top of Bloodborne). Otherwise, I'd wait to see if there will be more good console/PS4 exclusives in the future before taking the plunge.
That said, Bloodborne is really fucking good and it's keeping me from regretting my PS4 purchase.

The most important thing to know is that the game is well over 50 hours long and that the part where you repeat the same segment 3 or 4 times is MAYBE 3 hours of that.
It is just a case of morons sensationalizing and overreacting to everything and memers who haven't even played the game, along with people who are so weak willed that they let their opinion be influenced by shitposters on an anonymous imageboard parroting the same stupid crap over and over and over again.
Anyway, enjoy it. Great, fun gameplay, a fantastic class system (which you can use to break the game if you would like), some fun, cute characters and an amazing OST.
to be honest i don't usualy like class system because it usualy involve some amount of grinding or jobs power level completly out of whack, how's the situation in this one?
if you like classic (with all the occasional archaic design that comes along with that title) then you will probably like it
not a particularly strong story and the combat got tedious for me after a while but I don't have a lot of patience
