It depends. If you're poor, wait until like 2020. Otherwise, the generation after the current one should be a good time to get started as there will already be plenty of games and the most obvious and necessary missed features will get in.

Doesn't Bother me: When all of the bullet based guns in the game use the same Ammo Pool.
Does Bother Me: When a gun doesn't show bullets in the magazine when reloading.
Either way PD2 is still shit

What do you guys think about roleplaying in games? When a game offers you to choose a name and character, do you build yourself, or do you build some random dude?
I recently played a bit of stardew valley and I noticed that i made the character look like me, but I gave him my online moniker as a name.

I always just make a whole bunch of characters and restrict myself to certain things, especially in Dark Souls.
I made a strong man that uses only Caestus and the Bone fist, a caveman that is always naked with the prisoner's waistcloth, no shield, club only, etc.

Why are games like rune factory 3 harshly critiqued by rievewers while games like stardew valley are praised even though they both do the same thing? Is it because one is anime-like or because it's made in Japan? It seems like indie devs who make the same content as other games are praised for there work.
I don't think it's a bias against Japan, but a bias because "It's indie!", "It's the hip new thing!", that sort of thing.
Because critiquing japanese games doesn't make you look bad.

It's the worst 3D zelda console zelda.
It's literally OOTHD with a better sidekick and more to do. I don't know why anybody disliked it. I didn't have a problem with the wolf sections either.

And some others things I forgot. The 2 only complaints I have for this game, is the lack of terror atmosphere (to be fair, final LM from GC is much less scary than prototype LM, because it was too scary, so LM didn't really had intentions to be a horror game), and no family portraits. Other than that, solid 9/10. I'm even seriously considering if DM is better than the original LM.

New ghost designs are shit.

New gameplay additions add almost nothing and are mostly busywork
Y'know why Luigi's Mansion is good? Because it had simple gameplay, a well-designed mansion, and you could beat it in two hours if you knew what you were doing.
Dark Moon has shitloads of cutscenes and other garbage to pad shit out and it gets boring after a few hours.
