No. It is better than before, but it still is shit.
It is up to you if it is is good enough or not. I mean, you are playing XIV, you probably have high resistance to shitty gameplay and content.

There is a new mode called Feast. It looks fun, but only because it is new. I never tried it, though.
There's a decent amount of new content, but if you aren't ilvl 170 yet you're gonna have to get your ass ready for more Alwaysrape until you get there. Hopefully you're already 170 though.
