Gamecube Memory card, I believe.
Saves were SSBM, Resident Evil 4, Metroid Prime, FF Crystal Chronicles, Wind Waker, and maybe Pokemon Colluseum? Can't remember if I borrowed it.
RE4 I left off just after killing the Mayor dude with the slinky spine (I had just finished it on PC too and couldn't be bothered).
I know exactly where I am on SSBM because fuck event match 47, Trophy Tussle 3.

I've been playing old games I missed out on, started with Fallout 1-2, Baldur's Gate 1-2, Might and Magic 8 (played 6-7 and 9 before) and a few more.
I started playing System Shock I just got to the 2nd level.
But I read somewhere that System Shock 2 is a lot better, and that maybe I should skip the first game because it's not necessary to "understand" the second one.
Thoughts?

And in case someone's once again new to this PC gaming stuff: Use a program like DaemonTools Lite to mount the ISOs of 2 & 3, and then run their installers like always.
The SH1 is a PS1 rip that you gotta emulate.
The "sh2proxy" fix works as a no-cd crack as well, and is included in the pack.
In case you experience issues saving the game / not being able to edit the disp.ini, make sure the files aren't set to "Read Only", and run the game as Administrator.
If SH2 gets stuck in a black screen upon launch, close it and re-start it again.

That's not how it works. A game dropping from its targeted framerate WILL see improvement from better hardware by principle.
What it doesn't mean is that a 30fps capped game will run at 60. Even then, as long the game physics aren't tied to framerate, all it would take is for devs to unlock the frame cap.
