You can just name your characters on an emulator then move your save to your PSP and play the rest of the game on there.

At I think lvl 30 you can half a character's level to get all their SP back, but it's not really worth it.
Lower skill levels cost much less SP than higher ones so experimenting doesn't really cost you much.

What level should I start the DLC at? I platinumed the game a while back but I will probably start over, should I just wait until endgame?
70-80 on NG. NG+ you should be about 130.
Level shouldn't matter as much as having at least 30-35 VIT, or you won't survive anything. I usually wait until 75 or so.
DLC is 60-80. Weapons should be be +8 or better. Chalice gems invalidate it unless it's NG+. 30+ vit is basically a necessity.

When you play games with cutscenes and it asks you to press x to win, you press x and it does its shit. You can keep pressing x or release it, but the outcome doesn't change. That's because the act of pressing a button and releasing a button are two different things. It doesn't say half press x to win, a press is a press, a release is a release, there is no such a thing as a half press.

Its a shame, I met the guy at a convention and felt he was really nice in person just wrapped up in a group of pretty shitty people.
I actually was a fan of his before I met him, I actually liked the idea of his video's where he encourages you to do something you might not think is possible for you. He was to me somewhat inspiring in a way.

Gameplay-wise, its not that great. Its a pretty simple stealth platformer What popularized it were the characters and world, imo. If those aren't doing it for you, feel free to drop it.
