MGSV is an odd game. It's a game you can't hate because it is polished to extreme with sublime gameplay and excellent presentation. But you can't love it either since it doesn't embody the best of MGS. It lacks the narrative punch that made previous MGS games special. And it ultimately ends on an unsatisfying note that feels more like a crude joke than the conclusion of a saga.
Do you think MGSV is a good game? I believe if it didn't carry the MGS name and had a standalone story, it would've probably been received in a much more positive light.
Honestly I could replay missions for fun and all that because I have a good time in the harder mode of chapter 2 but man, it still breaks my heart the story is so lackluster and most of the missions are just "kill/extract this guy".

It's sorely obvious Kojima wasn't as involved. Some missions, yes, but not many.
Just look at the Ground Zeroes main story mission-- remember when you had to find out where they took Chico and Paz by only listening to a tape? That shit was neat as fuck, where was all that kinda cool shit in MGSV?

I hope they do hd remasters of Parappa series and Ape Escape triolgy along with Million Monkeys, if you're goign to full a next gen' console's library with already existing games, at least add some from old series that sould make a comeback

Has anyone else had this problem of half second input lag with Sony's PS Now service when played on a supporting Blu Ray device? Some games it doesn't bother me, like RPGs or whatever. But when I try to play any action games it makes me want to throw the whole thing in the garbage.
I called Sony about it and the guy told me, in barely intelligible English, that "the whole game is streamed so if your connection is bad it's your fault" and I tried to explain to him that I understood the art assets, music, etc. streaming but that I din't get why something as gameplay critical as input polling would require a FUCKING PING TO SONY'S FUCKING SERVERS! He never understood what I meant and I just gave up.

Is this my internet connections fault or is the PS Now service just garbage on a BluRay player?
PS Now is always input lag, you could have the best internet in the world -- unless sony's server are pretty much next door it takes time for your input, overhead from encoding video, overhead from going through various access points, and finally come back giving you the resulting image of your action.
