Get this out of the way first.
>Ki Blast: When you attack watch your Ki bar. It'll start to fill up white quite fast, if you hit R1(Stance button) during this time you'll INSTANTLY get that amount of Ki back. If you get it perfect i.e. get all your stamina you used back, you do a Ki blast which gets rid of the dark flame patches that Yokia/Oni put down(Standing in these patches will severely reduce Ki recovery).
>(Note this is for Katanas, figure the other weapon stances out on your own. Most of it is shared)
>High Stance: Slow attacks, high damage, high Ki usage, only get one roll
>Medium Stance: Balanced speed, damage, and Ki usage, able to parry, get 2 dodges (quick step into roll).
>Low stance: Low damage and Ki usage, fast attacks, dodges have the same effect as Ki blast (yes you can get stamina back by dodging), get 2 dodges.
>SWITCH FUCKING STANCES AND WEAPONS WHEN NEEDED. YES EVEN IN MID COMBAT IT'S WHAT THEY'RE THERE FOR.
>When enemies are out of Ki (Their bar is red). Hitting them will make them stumble, after that press triangle and you'll do a special attack for major damage. Katanas have this immediately, while Spears and (I think) Axes have to unlock this.

>Back attacks deal MAJOR damage(this applies to you too). Keep your back protected, while trying to hit enemies in the back.
>Donate your excess shit to the shrine. You can get items such as: Elixers, glue, and whetstones. You can even bulk donate shit under certain rarities that you set.

So I just beat Dark beast Paarl.
At what point doe this game get better than Dark Souls III?
Because right now it's basically an easier Victorian Dark Souls II locked at 30 fps.
I mean don't get me wrong, the game is beautiful, but this is not comparable to Dark Souls III and certainly not the original Dark Souls.
