Honestly, nothing has been fixed. They pushed back f2p due to issues with bots.
I will say, the devs absolutely listen to complaints and are making changes. but very slowly.
Shockingly, the global release seems to be driving the korean market as well. Most recent patch over there has some fairly massive changes that global has been asking for.
